Fuel Management

Fuel is one of the most important issues for business owners as in most cases it is a fairly large expense. Especially if the company has a large fleet of vehicles that run frequently, the cost of fuel (especially with the latest prices) is unbearable.

One of the main reasons that one will choose EasyTrack  is the fuel economy, which may sound excessive but our customers have reported up to 50% reduction in fuel costs. This of course has to do with the object of the company but also with the training of your staff, usually the reduction in costs is on average 30%.

Reports

Reports are a useful tool that can be used by supervisors as a proofing method, in case of irregularity, for example exceeding a  speed limit or moving away from geographical limits. People also use the reports as a simple means of counting kilometers.

The capabilities that exist for creating reports, depending on the application’s customization, the customer’s needs, and finally the control he wants to have on it.

Driving Behavior

Telemetry devices that are installed in your vehicles have (accelerometer) sensors, so the system can measure the acceleration or the deceleration rate of your vehicle. From this information, we can evaluate the way your vehicle is driven, so that you can properly act in order to prevent any damages or accidents.

With the EasyTrack application, you can create reports, to prove a driving behavior or even to describe a driver’s profile.

Panic Button

Upon customer’s request, a panic button can be attached to the vehicle, which enables the driver to activate it in case of emergencies, such as vehicle piracy, theft, or a simple sickness. The button must be accessible to the driver but at the same time invisible to others.

The driver, by using the panic button, instantly informs the supervisor via an application (home screen) or via  SMS or via email.

Geographical Coverage

EASY SYSTEMS S.A., with various partnerships, uses valid and up-to-date map data. This service is updated and offers the possibility of direct information. This means that every change-information carried on the maps is directly displayed in EasyTrack. At the same time, no geographical limitation occurs, for example in Greece, because the coverage is provided internationally.

Security

EasyTrack users are able to monitor vehicles via the application, which operates in a safe environment. During the initial configuration of the system, our company should be informed about the users who will activate this access, as well as train them in the EasyTrack fleet management application.
Vehicles install a telemetry device, which regularly transmits the required and pre-set information from our company. For the transmission of this information, the mobile network is used and through a closed communication channel (VPN) the data is transferred to the EasyTrack servers. This creates the highest possible assurance as data is encrypted. This ensures maximum protection for drivers’ personal data as well as the privacy of your company’s services.

Vehicle Information

Telemetry devices can also inform us about the condition of our vehicles, (status) , in particular:

  • Vehicle’s battery voltage monitoring.
  • Vehicle’s stop time monitoring (without the engine running).
  • Monitor the vehicle idle time (engine running without moving).

The information displayed on the EasyTrack home screen has to do with customizing the application within your needs and with the type of telemetry device you place on the vehicle.

Equipment

The proposed telemetry equipment is able to withstand particularly high temperatures and difficult environments. It is equipped with multiple slots, through which the company can monitor the exact location and conditions of the vehicles. In addition to the basic specifications, there are other options such as temperature sensor, luggage door control, panic buttons, connect to vehicle’s interface for fuel data, engine speed, mileage, consumption, road behavior, and more.

All the telemetry models we use above, have the latest GPS chipset. The power supply is via the electrical circuit (battery) of the vehicle and the installation is permanent and not visible to the vehicle, at a point where it can not easily be removed from it. In addition, the device optionally has a battery inside it that allows for about 2 days of autonomy in case of power supply failure, from the vehicle battery. The manufacturing company is certified according to ISO 9001: 2015 and the devices hold several certifications such as ROHS, etc.

System Flexibility

EasyTrack is used by any computer, mobile phone, or tablet with internet access, while authorized users can view the movements and the history of their vehicles through one or more terminals. Users can access the application through a web browser (for example, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Mozilla, etc.). This implies that a particularly large investment in computer equipment is not required, but only a computer with an internet connection.
